What I probably found most interesting regarding this topic is that the audio track you're referring to Solid "some kind of stalker-like dark and gritty music with a siren in the background" is the exact sound clip that was used in the Van Buren Tech Demo.

Obsidian took both ambiance music from Fallout 3 and added ambiance sounds similar to the type of sounds that where played in the background of the old Fallout 1 & 2 games, which is quite interesting considering the fact that Obsidian consists of previous employees of Black Isle Studios. I mostly have to agree with Solid on this one. But no, it feels like they just selected some random songs and threw em in there. If they'd stuck to either the fallout 3 songs or took some more of the gritty atmospheric stalker songs then I'd have said AWESOME. They've taken some music from fallout 3, they've taken some kind of stalker-like dark and gritty music with a siren in the background and they've taken some completely all over the place random garbage music.

The 'songs' are so diverse they don't fit well together at all. fallout new vegas ost fallout new vegas song list fallout new vegas soundtrack download fallout new vegas soundtrack cd fallout new vegas music fallout new. Also, music stops momentarily during cinematics (in other games) or (I BELIEVE) during speech, at least that was the case with Fallout 3.Ĭamden Unglesbee Posts: 3467 Joined: Wed 8:30 amĮxcellent ambiance music? I'd say it's more like crap. Of course, stopping your music will return all of this back to normal (pausing it won't). A radio playin' in a bar? You won't hear it.at all. Doing so will let you put your own music into the game, meaning that (even if you turned on the radio) your music will basically negate the effect of ANY music in-game. If you have a 360, put some music on your hard drive. I don't know if this is even possible but if there was a slight chance it was then this would be pioneering technology that a tonne of other games would follow. but It wouldnt be just like playing a song on the xbox throught the mini dashboard because when people in the game talk or there is like a cutscene the music would quieten and be in the background while the NPC speaks in the forground, not like when you do play a song from the dashboard it just becomes the dominating sound and you cant hear what people have to say. You open the pip boy and select the radio thats called something like Radio You or something else it doesnt matter, that then plays the songs that are either stored on the xbox 360 hard drive or reads the songs that are on an MP3 player that is plugged into the Xbox 360.

The radio seems to have very few songs and even less speech, luckily the PC players can edit the songs on the radio to add their own songs they want and remove the ones they dont want, but I cant do that as I'm on xbox 360, so I thought with the first DLC that comes out could the developers do something like a custom radio slot to the pip boy and here's how it would work:
